Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
At the moment, we do not accept returns or exchanges, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
We start fulfilling your order right after we receive it, if you want to modify/cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible, we will do our best to make it happen before the order is dispatched from one of our warehouses. If we are already working on your order, we cannot proceed with any modification/cancellation. For further assistance, please contact our support at firstname.lastname@example.org.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 72 hours of receiving the product(s) at email@example.com with pictures of the damaged item(s). Upon confirmation by us, we will ship out a replacement immediately, if available. If a replacement is not available at the moment, we will refund the full purchase price of your item (except payment processing fees which are non-refundable).
Flancerie is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided for an order. Upon inquiry, Flancerie will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. If an order is lost/stolen while in transit and the status isn't "Delivered", we will issue a replacement.
If an order is returned/doesn't reach the destination due to incomplete/wrong address provided upon purchase, we cannot be held accountable and will not issue a refund however we are able to reship another product to you if you cover the shipping costs.
